Admissions

We enroll new students who are three or four years old (or who turn three on or before September 30th^t)**

Admissions Process:

1) Submit the one-page application and refundable registration fee by Feb. 16^th, 2018 for priority consideration. Applications can be requested in person at the school office or can be completed online

2) Beginning February 26th, families will be notified if the classroom has space for their child. Siblings of current Sacred Heart students will be considered first. The decision will be communicated through a telephone call and/or in writing.

3) Registration must be completed by submitting the registration packet by March 26th to reserve the child’s space. After March 23^rd, all registration fees are non-refundable.

New applications will be considered on a rolling basis after March 23^rd as classroom space allows.

** Children who turn three between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31 may be able to enroll in January if spaces are open. Apply now for priority consideration for January enrollment

School Tuition and Fees

NJ Cares for Kids Child Care Subsidy Program

The NJ Child Care subsidy program may cover up to the full cost of tuition for eligible families – for these families, the Montessori program may be FREE. Eligible families should apply for the subsidy as early as possible to have a contract in place by the beginning of the year. The subsidy application is submitted through the Department of Children’s Services.

Tuition and Financial Aid

For families that are not eligible for the subsidy program, we are able to offer need-based financial aid on the following scale:
