Notes:
- Many of these items are found in unisex or
boys clothing sections (it is okay for girls’ uniforms to come from the “boys”
section!)
- Please do not send your child in a skirt or jumper or tights. Montessori
education is very active, and having appropriate clothing lets your child get
the most out of their time in the classroom!
- We recognize that keeping your child in a
clean uniform can be a big task for parents. We teach the children care of
self, including care of their clothing, and they use aprons for art and other
potentially messy work. However, please know that there may be many days that
your child comes home with a dirty uniform. While a dirty uniform may mean extra
work for you, for your child this may be a sign that s/he had a really
wonderful day of exploring and learning!
